Welcome to ACC540. The files are ready for you download. Just click on the "Course Content" link on the left. "Save" the files to your hard drive or a disk. You can then print the file after you open it offline. You MUST bring a copy of SYLLABUS and the lecture notes: Chapter 21-Leases to be used in the first class meeting.

Required Textbook (Kieso, 12th ed.)

Intermediate Accounting, by Kieso, Weygandt and Warfield, 12th edition, John Wiley & Sons Inc. ISBN: 978-0-471-74955-4 or
978-0-471-77193-7. Chapters 16-24 will be covered in the class. This is the same textbook used for ACC296 and ACC340 in the Summer 2009 semester. You are advised to use the OLDer 12th edition with NO mark of "UPDATED" on the cover of the 12th edition.
